Save your time with using computer shortcut keys.




Computer shortcuts help us to save our time.


You can make your day easy with using some shortcuts in your daily routine. Usually we use our computer mouse to do most of our computer work but using some shortcuts you can make it very easy.


1. CTRL+SHIFT+N Usually you use you mouse to create a new folder but using this              shortcut you can easily create a new folder.




2. WinKey+L Using this shortcut you can lock your computer within a second.




3. WinKey+D This shortcut helps to minimize all the open application on a computer. If you have too many applications on your computer and you want to close them in once then you can use this shortcut.




4. WinKey+K To create a hyper link in any of your MS Office application you can use this shortcut.




5. SHIFT+F3 This Shortcut key is use to toggle the case of a selected text. Suppose, if you write a text with an MS Office application in small and after sometime you realized that it should have in capital letters then you can use this shortcut and fulfill your requirement.




6. Hold SHIFT Key.  While inserting a USB or CD drive in your computer if you want to bypass it on auto-run at that time you can hold your SHIFT key.




7. Alt+PrintScreen Using this shortcut you can take the snapshot of current active window instead of all computer screen.




8. ALT+TAB This shortcut is used to toggle/Switch between open windows.




9. CTRL+F4  You can use this shortcut to close only the open tab in Google Chrome.




10. ALT+F4 This is a common shortcut to close the entire open window.



11. CTRL+P This is used to directly up your printer screen.




12. CTRL+D To bookmark a open page in google chrome you can use this shortcut.




13. Pressing F7 Select a text in you MS Office application and Pressing F7 key will take you directly with the spell check.




14. ALT+D While using Google Chrome or other browser you can directly access the address bar with pressing these keys.




15. WinKey+R This shortcut is used to open the "run" command in your computer. You can access the applications directly with typing name of the application in this run box.


16. CTRL+ALT+DEL This is used you perform multiple tasks like, Switch Users, Open task manager, Lock computer, Log off computer, Change computer password.




17. WinKey+TAB This shortcut is also used to switch between open application in computer.




18. Use J, L & K Keys Using J and L these keys you can rewind or fast forward in YouTube whereas K is for pause the video.




19. Open run and type chrome Open run and typing chrome in that will open the google.chrome.



20. Open run and type control Open run and typing control will open the control panel in windows.
