Easiest way to move outlook emails in your Gmail Account.

People thinks it’s very difficult or impossible to move their Outlook emails in their Gmail account whereas it’s very easy.

This article will help you with below scenarios:-

• If you are working in a company and suddenly you make a plan to move somewhere else and want to take email backup on your personal GMAIL id.

• If you have email with your domain xyz.com and it has been moved on some other service provider and you wants to move your emails there.

• If your email changed from xyz.com to abc.com and you wants to move your email there.

• You wants to move your email from outlook to GMAIL, yahoo, Hotmail etc.

Let's start, how you can move your email.

I will only let you know the way to move on GMAIL from outlook PST but way is similar for other scenarios.

• First of all enable IMAP on Gmail.

• Then Create a new profile in your outlook (Go inside Control Panel and Then click on Mail, Click on Show Profile and add a new profile)

• Configure this using Gmail IMAP and SMTP settings as below.

• IMAP Server - imap.gmail.com  Port - 993

• SMTP Server - smtp.gmail.com Port - 465

• Make SSL Enable for IMAP and SMTP.

•  Now add your old .pst file and move emails from your old PST to Gmail as below. It will be sync and your all emails will display in your Gmail.
