How to Fix "server could not access the saved state file" Hyper-V in Windows Server 2012 or later

To Fix the error message "server could not access the saved state file" follow below steps.

This error usually comes due to permission issue in your Hyper-V virtual machine directory

• Just open your Hyper-V VM directory and go inside the Virtual Machines directory

• Here you go, you have one xml file and a directory here with the same name you are getting in the error message. 

• Select both and Right click then click on Properties.

• Click on the Security button and add everyone then provide full permission to Everyone.

• Save it with full permission and start your virtual machine again.
